See everything.
Miss nothing.
4K commercial cameras designed for your site, installed by our technicians, and monitored for health around the clock. From a single retail unit to a 100-camera warehouse — we build systems that actually work.

Commercial-Grade Systems
Built for business. Not for home.
Not a Costco camera.
Consumer cameras fail in extreme cold, lose footage when the internet drops, and blur licence plates from 10 metres. Our commercial systems are engineered to perform where it actually matters.
Up and running the same week
Site Survey & Camera Placement Plan
Our technicians walk your property and map every blind spot. We design a camera layout that maximises coverage with the fewest cameras — no wasted equipment, no gaps.
Professional Installation & Configuration
We install commercial-grade 4K cameras, run cabling, configure your NVR or cloud storage, and set up remote access. Everything is tested before we leave.
Remote Access & Ongoing Maintenance
Watch your cameras live from any phone or computer. We monitor system health proactively and dispatch a technician if any camera goes offline — no extra charge.
Everything in one camera plan
4K Ultra HD Resolution
Crystal-clear footage day and night. Capture licence plates, faces, and fine detail at distances where standard cameras show blur.
AI-Powered Motion Analytics
Intelligent detection distinguishes people and vehicles from animals or shadows — eliminating false alerts while flagging what actually matters.
Remote Live Viewing
Check any camera from your smartphone, tablet, or browser — anywhere in the world, any time of day, with no monthly subscription required.
Night Vision & Low-Light
Full-colour night vision and infrared capabilities ensure your footage is usable whether the lights are on or off — inside and outside.
Cloud & NVR Storage
Footage is retained on-site via NVR or backed up to encrypted cloud storage — your choice. Clips are searchable, exportable, and available for 30–90 days.
Proactive Maintenance
We monitor camera health remotely and dispatch a technician if any unit goes offline, lens fogs up, or firmware needs updating — all included in your plan.
Three people call us about cameras. You're probably one of them.
Almost nobody researches commercial cameras for fun. Something happened, or something is about to be required of you. Here's where most of our camera work actually starts.
The owner who just watched useless footage
- What brought you here
- Something happened overnight — a break-in, a damaged door, a vehicle in the lot — and when you pulled the recording it was too dark, too pixelated, or the camera pointing that way had been offline for months.
- What you're actually worried about
- Not the loss itself. It's that you now know your system doesn't work, you have no idea which other cameras are dead, and you can't tell whether the next incident will be any different.
We survey what you already have before quoting anything, tell you which cameras are worth keeping, and hand you a system whose health we watch remotely so a dead camera is our problem to find, not yours to discover after the fact.
The manager whose insurer or head office asked
- What brought you here
- A renewal questionnaire, a franchise standard, or a corporate audit has asked for specifics — coverage at entrances and cash handling areas, retention period, who can access footage — and you need documentation, not a shoebox of receipts.
- What you're actually worried about
- Being told after an incident that your coverage didn't meet the standard you signed off on, and wearing that internally.
Every install closes with a camera placement drawing, a written retention and access policy, and commissioning documentation you can forward to a broker or head office without editing it first.
The operator scaling past what one NVR can hold
- What brought you here
- You've added a second unit, a yard, or a third location. Each site has its own recorder, its own app, its own password, and nobody can pull a clip across sites without calling whoever installed that one.
- What you're actually worried about
- That every new site makes the mess worse, and that consolidating later means throwing away everything you've already bought.
We design multi-site systems around one login and one retention standard, and we'll tell you honestly which existing recorders can be folded in and which are dead ends before you spend anything.
What a camera install looks like from your side of it
The part most quotes leave out is what it does to your week. Here's the real sequence, including the bits that need you.
Site survey
We walk the property with you, note every entrance, blind spot, and existing camera, check where the recorder and network gear can live, and look at how cable can actually be routed through your ceilings and walls. We photograph each proposed position.
Give us access to the whole site — including the electrical room, the ceiling space, and any locked areas — and tell us what has actually gone wrong here before. The incident history shapes the design more than the floor plan does.
Design and fixed-price quote
You get a camera placement drawing showing what each camera sees, the recommended camera type per position and why, storage and retention options, and a fixed price broken out by line item.
Tell us where the number needs to land, and whether this is one project or something to phase. Phasing works fine as long as we cable for the end state on the first visit.
Cabling, mounting, commissioning
Two technicians run and terminate cable, mount and aim each camera, install the recorder and any network gear, then commission the system — focus, exposure, motion zones, recording schedule, retention, and remote access.
Keep the areas we're working in clear and stay reachable for aiming decisions. Most sites stay open and trading throughout; if yours can't, say so at survey and we'll schedule evenings or a weekend.
Walkthrough and documentation
We walk every camera view with you on screen, set up your phone and anyone else's who needs access, show you how to find and export a clip, and leave the placement drawing, credentials, and commissioning record.
Bring whoever will actually pull footage at 2am — not just the person signing the invoice. Ten minutes of this now saves a panicked phone call later.
Health monitoring and service
We watch system health remotely. If a camera drops offline, storage fills wrong, or firmware needs updating, we see it and deal with it — usually before you notice.
Call us when the site changes. New racking, a new wall, a relocated till or a repainted exterior can quietly ruin a camera view that was correct on install day.
Have this ready and the job goes faster
- Access to the electrical room and wherever the internet enters the building
- Names and contact numbers for anyone who'll need app access
- Your incident history — dates, locations on site, what was taken or damaged
- Any insurer, franchise, or head-office requirement in writing
- Landlord approval if you lease and the work touches base building or the exterior
- Somewhere secure and ventilated for the recorder, ideally not a public area
Why two 12-camera quotes can differ by thousands
We quote fixed price after a survey rather than publishing a per-camera rate, because camera count is rarely what drives the number. These are the factors that actually do.
Cable routing, not camera count
An open ceiling on one floor is quick. Hard-lid ceilings, concrete, firewalls, running between buildings, or anything needing a lift or core drilling is where hours go. This is usually the single biggest line item.
What each position actually has to do
A general-view camera over a shop floor is not the same device as one expected to read a plate at a gate or hold detail at the far end of a dark yard. Telling us the job each camera has to do stops you paying for capability you don't need — and stops you being disappointed by footage that was never going to work.
Retention and storage
How many days you keep, at what resolution and frame rate, sets recorder and drive sizing. Longer retention and cloud backup cost more; we'll tell you what your insurer or head office is likely to ask for before you decide.
Network and power readiness
If there's a usable network room, a PoE switch with capacity, and a UPS, we plug into it. If there isn't, that gear becomes part of the project. A survey settles this in ten minutes.
Indoor, outdoor, and how cold it gets
Outdoor and unheated-space positions need weather-rated housings, and vandal-prone spots need hardened ones. Ontario winters are genuinely hard on equipment specified for indoor use.
Working around your operation
Standard hours are the cheapest way to do this. Evening, overnight, or weekend work to avoid disrupting trade costs more — sometimes much less than the disruption would have.
The survey and the quote are free, and the quote is fixed — the number on it is the number you pay unless you change the scope. If the honest answer is that you don't need a full replacement, we'll say so; a fair share of our camera work is repairing and extending a system somebody else installed.
Answered before you have to ask
“I already have cameras. Do I have to rip everything out?”
Usually not. Modern IP cameras from most manufacturers can often be brought onto a new recorder, and decent cable can frequently be reused even when the cameras can't. What rarely survives is old analog coax at resolutions that won't identify anybody. We'll walk your existing system at survey and tell you specifically what's worth keeping — including when the answer is 'most of it'.
“Am I locked into a monitoring contract to get cameras?”
No. A camera system from us is a purchase, not a subscription. You own the equipment, you hold the credentials, and remote viewing on your phone doesn't cost a monthly fee. Live monitoring and cloud backup are separate services you can add if they're worth it to you — not conditions of the install.
“How disruptive is this? I can't close for a day.”
Most single-site installs are done in a day with the business trading normally around us. We work in one zone at a time, and we don't cut power or internet without telling you first. Where a site genuinely can't have technicians in it during hours — a clinic, a restaurant service period, a secure area — we schedule evenings or weekends instead.
“Can my staff or my landlord see the footage?”
Only who you decide. Access is per-person, and we set it up at handover — most sites give the owner or manager full access and give supervisors live view without export rights. We also document who has what, because 'who pulled that clip' is a question that eventually gets asked.
“What happens when something breaks in two years?”
You call us and we come. We hold the as-built documentation and the credentials for your system, so there's no archaeology first. Because we monitor system health remotely, a good share of faults we're already aware of when you call — and for a lot of them we never needed you to call at all.
“Isn't a cheaper DIY kit good enough for a small site?”
For a small low-risk space where you mainly want to see whether the back door got left open, sometimes genuinely yes — and we'll tell you when that's the honest answer. Where it falls down is evidence. Consumer kit tends to disappoint at night, at distance, in cold, and when you need to hand a police officer something that identifies a person rather than confirms that a person was there.
How it stacks up
Consumer cameras are designed for convenience. Commercial cameras are designed for evidence.

Every commercial property covered
From a single storefront to a multi-site enterprise, we design camera systems to match your risk profile, budget, and environment. Indoor, outdoor, temperature-rated, and vandal-resistant configurations available.
“We had an old 8-camera system that was basically useless at night. Riowell replaced everything in a day — the new 4K cameras caught a vehicle break-in attempt in the parking lot that same week. The footage was clear enough to identify the suspect.”

Security cameras in your city
Camera placement is a local problem before it is a technical one — loading-dock orientation, lot lighting, neighbouring sightlines and the break-in patterns police are seeing in that corridor all change the design. Pick your city for the local picture.
